Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link from our shipping carrier.

To check your order status:
1. Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
2. Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number into the carrier's website.
3. You'll see your package's current location and estimated delivery date.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team and we'll investigate immediately.

Common shipping notes:
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
- International orders may show "in transit" for several days while crossing borders.
- Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
