Refund & Return Policy

At TEST1, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 31 DAYS from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items such as digital goods, perishables, and personalised products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please email us at C0ontact@Davaleon.com with a photo of the damage within 31 DAYS of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at C0ontact@Davaleon.com.
